Our network helps connect schools, local units of government, law enforcement, social services, churches, civic and volunteer organizations for the special needs of a military family during the deployment cycle.

In continuing Minnesota’s proud history of supporting our nations military, Crookston’s Warrior to Citizen campaign is a diverse group of citizens and community leaders dedicated to engaging local communities by providing education, organizing family support and recognizing military service members and their families.

• Crookston BYR meetings are held at 12pm on the second Thursday of each month at Crookston City Hall. Please contact us at CrookstonBYR@gmail.com if you would like to attend or have information you would like us to add to our agenda.  

• March 20: First day of spring.

• April 20th: Yellow Ribbon Summit held in Moorhead, MN. Share and learn best practices from Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Networks across the state. As leaders in your communities, your participation is essential for sustainment of the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon program. The event is held from 8am - 2pm at the Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Register by April 6th. Click here to register or for more information.
