
A national search is underway for a new Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Minnesota Crookston. Current University of Minnesota Crookston Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Thomas Baldwin, announced his intention to retire. Consequently, a national search has been launched for a new vice chancellor of the Crookston campus.
Two candidates have been identified and will be on campus for interviews May 15 & 17. Each candidate will have an open forum for campus members from 8:30 to 9:30 am in Dowell Hall 207. Each session will start with a 20 to 30 minute presentation by the candidate, followed by an opportunity for questions. Everyone is invited to these sessions. These sessions will be recorded and posted on the committee website.
There will also be an open session for faculty, hosted by Faculty Assembly, from 9:30 to 10:30 am in DH 207. This will be an opportunity for faculty to ask questions and discuss academically related topics.
