Heritage Hall is the first suite-style housing unit at UMC. Completed in January 2013, Heritage Hall offers 35, two-bedroom suites for primarily freshman and sophomore students. The suites are equipped with one bathroom (including separate shower, toilet, and vanity areas), a fully-furnished living/study room, and two mini refrigerators. Heritage Hall also offers several study lounges, two exercise areas, four communal kitchens, four laundry facilities, a recreation room with pool and game tables, and an elevator. A large, 100 seat, multi-purpose classroom will be completed in June of 2013.
If halls are available over breaks, it will be for an additional cost of $12/night and must register to stay with the Office of Residential Life. Guests are not permitted during semester break or spring break.
