• Over $400,000 worth of renovations were made in 2007, which included improvements to the playing field and new track surface, as well as a new ticket booth, concession stand that houses permanent, handicapped accessible bathrooms.

 

History

The football field was officially named Ed Widseth Field in lasting tribute to Edwin Widseth, northwest School of Agriculture '32, All-American, All-Pro (MVP 1938) and College Football Hall of Fame Recipient.
