Faculty & Staff Instructions

1. Faculty/staff line up in SINGLE FILE in the Student Center in the hallway from the front door (by the Bookstore) to Owen Hall (facing west) at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013, according to the listing below. In case of rain, line up in the Fitness Center (upstairs-Knutson Hall).
    
2. The faculty/staff (led by Faculty Marshal Dan Svedarsky) will follow Mace Bearer Bill Peterson in the processional.
    
3. Faculty/staff will sit in the chairs on the left side in the reserved seating area.
    
4. For the recessional, the faculty will follow the platform guests out of the gymnasium and exit through the north door of the Sports Center. A double column should be formed for graduates to walk through.
    

Marching Order 2013

The Commencement academic procession will consist of faculty, staff, graduates and platform guests marching in single file. Faculty/staff will be organized by rank and length of service, as follows:

The doors to Lysaker Gymnasium
will open at approximately 1:00 p.m.
