Calling all scientists! Explore how to use science to answer questions. Develop questions in areas of interest, design safe experiments, conduct an experiment, figure out what your experiment tells you, and communicate your answers to the world!

3-D Modeling Camp - CANCELLED
UMC Dowell Hall 212

The camp is broken down into two sessions. During the first, running Monday through Thursday, campers will learn how to create and model 3D objects using google SketchUp 3D modeling software, the world’s biggest repository of free 3D models. During the second session, on Friday, campers will get the chance to visualize their 3D final project in the 3D immersive labs on campus. This camp is designed for students who have artistic aspirations and want to develop 3D objects.

This is a non-contact, non-padded football camp and will include: speed and agility training, combine testing, position specific coaching, individual instruction, drill work and competitive situations. The camp also includes important information regarding academic eligibility, the recruiting process and other character components that can make or break a football career. If you are looking to improve your skills as a football player and become an impact player on the field, then attending this camp is a step in the right direction!

Robotic Camp - CANCELLED

This camp is an introduction to computer programming and LEGO robotics. Campers will learn how to build and design robots using LEGOs. Students will learn basic robotic engineering and programming principles while having fun! This camp is designed for 4th - 6th grade students who want to discover computer programming while having fun.
