

The Computer Help Desk is the primary end user technology support department at the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) campus. The Help Desk should always be the first point of contact for all UMC customers where the Help Desk staff will properly assign all incidents to appropriate technical support staff. Help Desk staff strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service and support.
Remember that all contracts MUST be signed or the computer returned by 4pm May, 4th to avoid a $50 late fee.
You MUST be registered for summer courses in order to log in.
Once you log in please read over the Summer Contract and click the Accept button if you agree with the terms.
If at any time you drop your summer classes, the Help Desk will get an email stating you have dropped your enrollment. You then have a 7 day window to return your computer to the UMC Help Desk. After those 7 days you are charged a $50 late fee and $31.25 per week until it is returned.
You will then switch computers for the new one the week before school starts or during the first week.
