Technology Support Services (TSS) is responsible for information technology leadership, management, and strategic planning at the University of Minnesota, Crookston, by directing the operations, services, and resources that support the University's mission and its technology requirements.
TSS provides a wide array of services to the Crookston campus - from Computer Help Desk support, to the computer laptop program, to network systems, to training, to IT security, to application development. In addition TSS provides oversight for technology policies and standards, security practice and compliance, infrastructure, information, and solutions.

Due to feedback received regarding the changes to the personal web space service originally scheduled for Monday, Dec. 31, the collaboration and web content team will continue to offer the availability of personal web space until further notice. Bob Zak is leaving the University and his last day will be Tuesday, December 18. We wish Bob the best and thank him for his 19 years of service with the University.
